You can literally THINK your way to being free. Not only is this the best way to end an eating disorder, it's the most PRACTICAL solution.

Brook Wineland

Hello, I'm Brook Wineland. For many years I struggled with binge eating.  I lived with embarrassment, shame, and anxiety about food and eating.  I had no control over myself.  If I saw somebody eating ice cream or pizza, I wanted some too, and I couldn’t stop thinking about it until I ate it. I could eat the “right” foods for about a day, but pretty soon the cravings would take over.  Next thing I knew, I would polish off thousands of calories while barely tasting what I ate.

I know what you’re going through because I struggled with an eating disorder for most of my life. One of the hardest things for me was feeling like I won my battle with food, then falling miserably back in. Every time I thought I found the solution to my binge eating, I’d fall off the wagon and sink back farther than when I started.

I truly felt I could never recover, and my life was going to be defined by my eating disorder.  When I was desperately struggling to escape the torment I was stuck in, I vowed that if I ever figured a way out, I would help others heal and recover, too.

After years of suffering, I broke free from binge eating for good!  Now, I am free from the endless cycle of binging and starving or purging myself.  I’m free from being consumed by thinking about food, from self-loathing, guilt, and shame.

With this freedom, I discovered my true passion of helping others to end their own struggle with disordered eating!  I coach people to become mindful of their experiences, drop the limiting beliefs that are keeping them stuck, learn to love and accept themselves, break the habit loop, and feel good about food.

I will not tell you how to live your life, but I can help you see your habits in a new way and adopt the strategies that have helped me and my clients move to freedom.

And I'll bet you're just like me. We love wonderful desserts, tasty fried foods, big Mexican dinners, and a host of other highlights of the culinary world.

When you learn how to drop the stories you tell yourself and understand how to live binge free, you’ll feel like a whole new person.
